Furthermore, our dedication to the land is reflected in our materials: all our packaging is 100% eco-friendly and fully recyclable.

Fulfillment & Tracking

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our express couriers within 24 hours of payment confirmation. To prevent our wines from sitting in transit over the weekend and to guarantee maximum freshness, we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. As soon as your selection leaves our estate, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey in real time.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, availability may vary; should an item be out of stock, our team will reach out immediately to suggest a curated alternative. While we aim for timely delivery, Fontezoppa cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors such as strikes or seasonal surges, as outlined by Art. 61 of the Consumer Code.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically applied at checkout prior to purchase. We offer a flat delivery rate of €9 for orders below €50, while all orders above this threshold enjoy complimentary shipping.
