🛒📦 Orders
- How do I place an order? Simply add your chosen products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order to complete the process.
- Can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours. We can assist with changes or cancellations as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.
- How can I track my shipment? Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking link.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we ship exclusively within Italy.
- What is the estimated delivery time? Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
- What are the shipping costs? We offer a flat shipping rate of €9 for orders under €50. For all orders exceeding this amount, delivery is complimentary.
- What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery? The courier will leave a notice with instructions to schedule a second delivery attempt or to collect your package from a designated pick-up point.
🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- Can I return a product? Yes, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return and will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Who covers the return shipping costs? Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

- What kind of products do you offer? We focus on fine wines, olive oils, and spirits.
- How should I store the products? Storage recommendations are provided on each individual product page.

- Are the payments secure? Absolutely. We utilize certified, secure payment protocols to ensure your data is always protected.
- Can I pay on delivery (COD)? No, cash on delivery is not currently available.
