Right of Withdrawal

Users acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase made on Fontezoppa within 14 days of receiving the item, without stating a reason. To exercise this right, an explicit communication must be sent via email to our customer support address before the deadline expires.

The product must be returned within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal. The shipment, properly packaged, must be sent to the Fontezoppa headquarters via a courier of the user’s choice and at the user’s own expense. The burden of proof regarding the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal remains with the consumer.
